Purpose of the Study:
Improving high school completion rates is a strategic priority for the Government of Alberta and Alberta Education. Recognizing that completing high school has far-reaching benefits both for individuals and society as a whole, Alberta Education is working with stakeholders to explore innovative strategies to improve high school completion rates.  The purpose of this provincial initiative is to improve student engagement and success in school, increase high school completion rates, and promote innovative learning and teaching through the incorporation of technology in the classroom.
  
Anonymity:*
All information collected will be coded to protect the participant's anonymity. Prior to releasing results in aggregated form, any identifying indicators will be removed. Data collected may also be used for research purposes and publications may result from this research. No comments or responses from individual participants will be attributed to any specific individual. No names will be used at any time in any publication.  
* Extension Learning Solutions (xLS), which is external to Alberta Education, will manage and store all of the data.
  
Time Commitment
The survey should take approximately 10-15 minutes to complete.

Risks
There are no known risks from participation in this study.
  
Withdrawal From Study
